Straight answers

In most cases, yes — wind, hail, and storm-related damage are typically covered. Ironclad handles the inspection and documentation and works alongside your insurer through the claims process, so you're not navigating it alone.

We're open for calls 24/7 — not the typical 8-5, weekdays-only setup most roofing companies run on. Inspections, repairs, client communication, and contract signings happen 7 days a week with wide hours. Builds themselves are scheduled on weekdays, but reaching us and getting the process started never waits for business hours.

Residential roofs are typically steep-slope shingle or metal systems sized for a single home. Commercial roofs are often low-slope, larger in scale, and involve different materials and code requirements. Ironclad handles both, with crews and materials suited to each.

Both — Ironclad installs roofing on new builds in addition to repair, replacement, and storm restoration, for residential and commercial projects alike.

Ironclad is based in Charlotte, NC, currently serving North Carolina and South Carolina, with our Florida division opening soon.

Claims, handled alongside you

Wind, hail and storm damage are typically covered. The hard part is proving it cleanly. That's the part we do.

  1. 01

    Free storm inspection

Drone and on-roof assessment, usually within days of the storm. No obligation, no pressure to file.

  2. 02

    Documentation package

Dated photo evidence, measurements and a line-item scope written the way adjusters read them.

  3. 03

    Adjuster meeting

We're on the roof with your adjuster so the scope is agreed on site, not negotiated by voicemail.

  4. 04

    Approval & build

Once approved, the build is scheduled on weekdays and run by our own crews to the documented scope.

  5. 05

    Final documentation
